  • How many years have you been in business?

    We are in our 27th year of business.
  • Where do you deliver conference services?

    We are based in Ottawa and Barrie, Ontario but work across Canada.
  • What conference services do you offer?

    We can offer full or partial service; from site selection and contract negotiation, logistics, program and exhibit services to on-site delivery and follow-up - whatever meets our client's needs.
  • Do you have meeting space available to rent?

    We contract meeting space on behalf of our clients. We are not in the business of providing space for rent.
  • Do you manage small, local events as well as annual conferences?

    Our focus has been on larger, annual events; but we have experience in mid-size local event delivery too.
  • Do you only have associations as clients?

    The association market has become a key focus for us, but we also have experience in delivering government and corporate events.
  • How much time is required to plan a conference?

    Time necessary for planning is directly related to the size and complexity of the event or conference. We can work with you to estimate that effort based on your needs.
  • How are your fees determined?

    Our fees are different for each conference and depend on many things; such as the size, location, length of time, speakers, etc. Our approach is to work with you to understand your goals and recommend an approach that will deliver the best experience within budget. Clients tell us that a unique asset is that we offer strength and years of experience in delivery along with carefully cultivated supplier relationships; which result in maximum impact within budget.
